Downloading, copying and rescuing data from your device will no longer be stressful.
We take care of copying and transferring data from SIM cards, mobile phones, computers. We copy the multimedia content and directory to a USB key, which you then use as a backup copy. If you've lost your data due to software or hardware problems, we're here to help you get it back, if at all possible.
Do you use an Apple computer, but the accounting program at work only works in a Windows environment?
We install the Microsoft Windows operating system for you through virtualization in the Parallels environment. So you will be able to use both systems in parallel. We can also remove any viruses in the Windows operating system, which will further optimize performance.

Data stored in the phone (address book, calendar, pictures), tablet or computer may be lost during certain service interventions. We do not guarantee the preservation of data and possible damage caused to the user.
If the data cannot be saved due to technical reasons (the nature of the malfunction), we do not charge for the service.
Service of mobile devices and electronics
We are available even after the warranty period of the products has expired! Our experienced repairmen repair the defective product in the shortest possible time using only high-quality, original spare parts.
Repair of mobile phones and tablets under warranty
You can bring the defective product to our branch. We will deliver it to an authorized service center on your behalf.
Until the official service, we only carry out delivery, so we are not responsible for any additional costs that may arise during the repair of your device. We recommend that you familiarize yourself beforehand with the price list of the official service to which your defective product is sent.
Repair of mobile phones and tablets out of warranty
Products outside the warranty will be taken care of by our experienced service technicians. We only use high-quality, original spare parts obtained from long-standing distributors. We repair your product as soon as possible.

Multipurpose space for organizing events
Do you need a space for an event? We have a multi-purpose space available for lectures, conferences, trainings or recreation.
On the first floor of the Kobra office building, we rent a multi-purpose space that can be used for training, lectures, business meetings, presentations, conferences, recreation...
The air-conditioned space accommodates 60 people, is equipped with the latest projection equipment, wireless microphones and sound system, blackboard, chairs and tables that can be removed if necessary. Free internet connection is also available.

The rental price includes technical equipment in the room, including technical support. The duration of the space rental, space preparation and other costs related to the event are charged. We can organize a banquet for event participants.
